Exchange & Return Policy

1. Exchange
When it is confirmed that the situation meets the exchange requirements, the customer can contact the support email to provide a detailed description of the situation, and wait for support confirmation and reply.

ConditionPolicy
The quality of the spare parts seriously does not meet the requirements.Exchange
Spare parts cannot be used at all, or are not strictly corresponding in size or model.Exchange
During the installation process, spare parts are found damaged or missing. (Freight charges need to be paid)Exchange
Other conditions that shows the spare parts need to be exchanged and the responsibility are not on the user.Exchange

2. Return
When it is confirmed that the situation meets the return requirements, the customer can contact the support email to provide a detailed description of the situation, and wait for support confirmation and reply.

When receiving the goods, the boxes is severely damaged(over 1/3), or there is a serious shortage of internal goods(over 10%)Return
After confirmation by Prime Fuji, the elevator was sent to the wrong customer, or rather to the wrong elevator.Return
After on-site installation, it was found that even with site (shaft) renovation, the elevator cannot be installed or used normally.
