Exchange & Return Policy
1. ExchangeWhen it is confirmed that the situation meets the exchange requirements, the customer can contact the support email to provide a detailed description of the situation, and wait for support confirmation and reply.

| Other conditions that shows the spare parts need to be exchanged and the responsibility are not on the user. | Exchange |
2. ReturnWhen it is confirmed that the situation meets the return requirements, the customer can contact the support email to provide a detailed description of the situation, and wait for support confirmation and reply.

| When receiving the goods, the boxes is severely damaged(over 1/3), or there is a serious shortage of internal goods(over 10%) | Return |
| After confirmation by Prime Fuji, the elevator was sent to the wrong customer, or rather to the wrong elevator. | Return |
| After on-site installation, it was found that even with site (shaft) renovation, the elevator cannot be installed or used normally.(Money of return=50% of goods price - return shipping cost) | Return |
